I founded Diggle & Co with a simple goal — to help landowners unlock the hidden value in their property while building genuine, lasting relationships along the way.
My career has always been centred around people. Before moving into land and property, I spent years in sales and account management, where I developed a consultative approach that’s now at the heart of how I work with landowners and developers. I believe that successful land development starts with understanding people’s goals, not just their land boundaries.
Now focused across the North West, I work closely with landowners to identify opportunities where their sites can deliver both strong financial returns and meaningful local impact. Whether it’s a single plot or a larger site, my role is to guide each client through the process with clarity, integrity, and collaboration at every stage.
